Adventure Rides is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to provide information and education about essential bike travel skills and build community. It's a program of Adventure Cycling, a national nonprofit that inspires and empowers people to travel by bicycle.
Here's what Adventure Cycling will provide to riders for the overnight portion of the workshop:
Individuals: Tent (will have to share), sleeping bag, titian straps
Group: stove, bear safety, dinner, breakfast, snacks
Here's what you'll need to bring for the overnight adventure:
Helmet, bike, bike lock, backpack, personal items, lunch
Dates:
September 18th at Treehouse Cyclery.
The overnight will take place Saturday September 27th-28th at Chatfield State Park.
